Ben Wiederholt became a board member in 2013. He is proud of SRC’s focus on dignity and quality of life for seniors in our community and believes the organization plays a critical role in coordinating community resources that are too often unaligned. Ben is a graduate of Edgewood College in Madison, WI with a degree in Religious Studies and a minor in Philosophy. He also earned a Master’s Degree in Theology from the Aquinas Institute of Theology in St. Louis, MO and a Master’s Degree in Health Care Administration from the University of North Carolina – Chapel Hill.
He is a member of the American College of Health Care Executives. In his previous roles, Ben was Vice President of Mission Integration at various levels at Catholic Health Initiatives facilities in Kentucky including Saint Joseph Health System and Saint Joseph Hospital (interim); Flaget Memorial Hospital; and Saint Joseph Mount Sterling.
In his current role he helps ensure that the implementation of strategic initiatives within St. Anthony Hospital and the Centura Health Mountain North Denver Operating Group provide holistic care for all people who are ill and nurtures the health of all people in our communities. Ben’s joy is found through his wife Jessica and their six children: Joselyn, Samuel, Luke, Abiti, Joseph, and Abe. In addition to spending time with his family, he is a sports enthusiast.
