Tia Sauceda has devoted the past fifteen years to Adult Day programs, starting as a direct care provider and moving her way up through the years. In 2004, she started an Adult Day program for The Senior Hub, in Adams County, developing that program over the next nine years. In 2013, she accepted the position of Executive Director for the InnovAge Johnson Adult Day Program, during which time Tia focused on the sales and marketing of that program.
In March of 2015, Tia was honored to join Seniors’ Resource Center as their Director of Adult Day and Respite. She oversees the Adult Day Programs: one that specializes in Alzheimer’s and Dementia and one that specializes in Developmental Disabilities. Tia is active with the Alzheimer’s association, Jefferson County’s Aging Well project and is a member of the Coordinated Services Workgroup with the Age Matters Report. Tia has a Certificate in Gerontology from the University of Colorado at Colorado Springs.
