Speaker: Mary Beth Leitzman
Mary Beth began working in the field of geriatrics and disabilities in the mid 70’s. Upon graduating from Mount Mary College she continued her career working with in an Office for the Aging, in nursing homes and continuum of care facilities. The majority of her professional career has been in the Denver metro area working as the Director of Senior Services for a state appointed community centered board (CCB).
For 26 years, Mary Beth was responsible for the operations of adult day programs and the liaison for hospitalizations, rehab stays and nursing home placements. She has a vast knowledge of how to mesh systems and often find services that are best for each unique individual situation. Her professional passion is assisting and advocating for seniors along with supporting the individual with life long disabilities.
It is an ideal fit for Mary Beth to work as a Care Coordinator for Vincent, Romeo & Rodriguez, as she is able to help guide families through the long term care system. Mary Beth also is the firm’s Community Relations Director which allows her to educate families and professionals throughout the Metro area about our elder and disability law services.
Mary Beth lives in Denver with her family. She loves being an active part of her neighborhood and volunteers for community projects.
