Chris Lynn has been a successful and top-producing residential Realtor in the Denver Metro Area for more than 20 years, providing the knowledge, skill, and attention to detail required to help families and individuals find and buy homes that meet their needs, aspirations, and lifestyle goals.
In addition, Chris has served on the Board of Directors of Denver’s Seniors’ Resource Center (SRC) for five years. In this role, Chris committed to helping seniors throughout the community preserve their independence, remain in their homes as long as possible, and continue to enjoy the highest possible quality of life. Working in partnership with the Executive Director and other members of the Board, Chris plays an active role in helping to define the overall vision, direction, and goals of the organization, including strategies to enhance fundraising efforts through Board participation, donor development, events, grants, and community outreach. As Chair of the Fund Development Committee, Chris was instrumental in helping the SRC to raise significant dollars in 2016, resulting in the organization’s successfully overcoming an unexpected budget shortfall due to state government cutbacks and remaining cash-flow positive. Chris also serves on SRC’s Leadership Development Committee, where he works to provide resources and opportunities for SRC board members to develop and strengthen their leadership skills.
From 2006 to 2015, Chris was a member of the Rocky Mountain Region Leukemia Lymphoma Society, where he served as a mentor and coach to runners training for marathons and helping to raise money in the fight against cancer. In 2018 Chris was a candidate for Man of the Year for the Leukemia Lymphoma Society, and along with a team raised over $50,000 to support the mission of LLS.
Early in his career, Chris launched and ran a medical transcription company, which he built from the ground up to a successful, profitable enterprise and sold that business after making the transition to real estate sales. He began his career as a Commercial Pilot for corporate and commercial carriers.
Chris earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Aerospace Science at Metropolitan State University of Denver. He was one of only 40 individuals selected by the Denver Metro Chamber of Commerce to participate in the prestigious Leadership Denver program in 2013, where he learned about issues shaping the Denver community and participated in initiatives designed to build vital community programs. In addition, he was provided with exceptional educational opportunities and resources to develop his own leadership capabilities. Through the program, Chris has developed strong, positive relationships with prominent community leaders, corporate executives, and political figures throughout the Denver metro area.
Chris is a graduate of the 50 for Colorado program through the University of Colorado Leeds School of Business.
He has earned certifications as a Master Coach and a Professional Coach from the Center for Coaching Certification and is certified as a Competent Leader and Competent Communicator through Cherry Creek Toastmasters. Additional certifications include Negotiation Expert and Senior Housing Professional. He is Past President of the Cherry Creek Chapter of Toastmasters International and Past President of the Denver Area Chapter of the Business International Network.
An avid biker and runner, Chris participated in the Multiple Sclerosis Society’s MS150 for nine seasons as well as running with Team in Training for the Leukemia Lymphoma Society. Chris is a Colorado native, growing up in Golden, and spends time with his family enjoying all the Colorado Rockies have to offer.
